having symptoms for a month

Hi

One month ago, A gay sucked my nipples for a long time and gave me a handjob after masterbating himself. He ejaculated on my belly. Besides, wer didn't do anything else.
Only after one day, I had loose bowels, blocked nose, stomach discomfort, and low-grade fever (37-37.3 in month). These symptoms lasted for 2 weeks. Medication for flu did not work. However, After taking some medication for gastritis, I got rid of them (while thorat discomfort always existed).
However, after staying comfortable for 1 week, these symptoms reoccured after I got wet in the rain two days ago.
My friends also said I became slimmer.
Now I get very scared of having HIV. I am afraid that there was cut on my nipples when being sucking. He had semen on his hands when giving handjob to me.
Could you offer any suggestion please? Thanks a lot.

Thank you for your reply.
I got a HIV instant test after 5 weeks after these behaviors. The test is called BioLytical INSTI HIV-1/HIV-2 Antibody Test. Result was negative.
However, it is not guaranteed.
Therefore, I decide to take another test called Hduo test another day. It says "This test can detect the HIV virus from 28 days post contact". Do you think this Hduo test reliable or not if I test at 5-6 weeks?

Thank you very much.
