help me! i am in heavy stress

Hi all! my English is so bad. Don't laugh at me, please!
My wife has been dead because of HIV infection. We had got married for 3 years and 3 months. We have no son. When The Dr discovered her Hiv infection, they asked me to take a Determine Hiv Test, and the result is negative, so they treated me with PEP. I started to have PEP when it was 63hours after the last making love.
And at right the end of PEP(1 month after last exposure), my 3test_elisa test are neg. They told me that I must re_test at 3months and 6months after ending of PEP for absolutely result. This is the rule for HIV test in my country_VietNam.
My 42 days, 60 days, 75days Determine HIV test ( days after PEP) are NEG, so is the last one (90 days after PEP)
And rightnow, i am so worried about my case. I am in a heavy stress. Someone, please, get me out of stress with some words about me case!!! I do thank you so much!

the CURRENT guideline...set by the fda, manufacturers of the tests, and the cdc...states that 3 months is conclusive.  this guideline has been in place since 2004.

I wonder if there is any difference between the European_ American_Asian.... in the detecting antibody by HIV_Test? I am vietnamese (Asian). HOw is the antibody detected by HIV test for Asian? earlier or later? I am afriad of that GUIDELINE arranged by FDA, CDC,and manufacturers of the tests is just applied for American because of these organisms are in USA. I am wrong, aren't?  or it is arranged to the whole world?
Please, break through this trouble mind in my head? Please! I do thank you so much!

your result in days is reassuring, and not likely to change. FDA=Food & Drug Administration (of USA) and CDC= Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

you do not need to test out to 6 months.  a test done 3 months after you completed nPEP gives a reliable and CONCLUSIVE result.

Do you mean that my 90days Determine HIV (90days after PEP_120days after last exposure) is conclusive? and I don't need to test again? One more question: in case of no PEP,how is a test at 51 days after last exposure, the result is conclusive??? thank you for time
