brief unprotected high risk exposure. it is day 18 for me and my only symptom has been a rash that comes and then goes away after an hour. does ars rash come and go? also i have had muscle aches but that could be in my mind. i have eczema and psoriasis. but the rash was raised little red bumps on the front of my shoulder that went away after a couple of hours. sometimes it comes back but always goes away again. no fever, sore throat yet. today I had two bruises (NOT RAISED) on each side of my upper arm on the inside. same spot both arms. they have all but disappreared as well and it has only been like 8 hours. can someone please put me at ease. I am going to get a test at 4 weeks.

also i have had stuffed nose from time to tiem and stiff neck, my anxiety is unbearable

if u r at a high risk of being unprotected vaginal / anal..
get tested at 6 wks for good indicator...
then 12/13 wks for conclusive result...
we can't judge HIV by symptoms...
only test can tell...
