helpme!

Good day!some day ago I had an injury on my hand knuckle and since then the injury hasn't closed because water pours on it daily,am scared now because today a guy shoke my hand and his bigger thumb touched the injury on the knuckle then immediately I went outside to check the hand,and I saw a small red dot of blood on the injury, am scared that it is from the hand of the guy who shoke me, I tried checking the guy's hand for injury but I was unable to check it.please am very scared, am I at risk?

Am very scared because am so sure his thumb touched the injury and he touch it firm.Are you certain there is no risk?
