Rapid elisa after 3 months

I tested negative in a rapid elisa test after 3 months from the exposure, does it mean that i am not infected? please all members and health experts i need a 100% answer please

I am really sorry but you know the situation of the risk. when someone becomes obsessed by HIV he would ruin his life by his thoughts and that's what happened to me. i wish that i am rich so i will do more and more tests in many labs but it's out of me . Sorry for disturbing you

I called a doctor of another lab and said that the rapid test is unlikely to be 100% , that's why i am worried
