hiv due fresh cut on pennis

Hi Dr H.H.H.,
I am 24 and i am from India. sorry for my bad English.Five months back i had sex with a sex worker. that night i had sex with 2 condoms and in the morning with one. in morning when i was having sex i had pain in my penis so i took out the condom from my left hand and i touched the part where i had pain from same hand after a min i wore the same condom and had sex for few seconds and the pain became more so i took out the condom and masturbated with my left hand. as far as my knowledge the condom was not broken. after two hours when i went to take bath i noticed a small cut on inner skin of my penis where it was paining.at that time it was not bleeding. from that instant i became very nervous what are the chances of me getting HIV/std if it was a bleeding cut and it came in contact with vaginal fluids. from next day on wards i had back pain, bit fever and i used to feel tired too. i don't know whether it was due to fear or not. i had this kind of feeling for more than a month. but later on i was OK. but one month back when i noticed the penis where i had cut there was 4 to 5 small dots which was bulged bit out side which was not itching nor paining nor it had pus.the dots are neither growing bigger nor getting cured.  i don't know her hiv status. my friend says that they will have monthly checkup. i dont know it is true or not. i am really nervous please help. from the day when i saw the dots i am really going mad. i am afraid to do blood check up too please help.....

You didn't have a risk of contracting HIV. HIV is not transmitted via masturbation.
