hiv fear

hi ppl , really in need of help here .... this past month life as been hell for me , after 1 stupid drunk mistake ....i have had protected vaginal intercourse with a sex worker about a month ago , and about 10 days later i took a dna pcr test which came out negative , i was briefly relived but now after ive seen all the conflicting debates about the pcr test and tht it would show a positive result only after 20 days im begining to worry again .. if it show results only after post 20 days then wat is the use of it , according to my knowledge a normal rapid hiv test would be have a 90% accuracy after 4 weeks.... getting back to my question should i be worried of hiv or can i take the 10 to 11 day PCR DNA TEST encouraging not have any further testing done ? plz reply folks its urgent

CSW use condoms to protected then from you. If the condom broke you would see it no longer covering your penis.

yeah but the condom was provided by her , so im not sure about the quality of it ,and i wasnt sure if the condom spilt ,as i couldnt notice any visible changes , it was my first time so im not sure of what is normal in such cases ....in any case i think i had a low risk exposure , jus asking to confirm ..now 4 weeks later i kinda have an itchy sensation and red bumps on my arm ,but no fever swelling of lymph nodes etc ..is this a reason to worry ? thx for the replies ppl ..
