hiv risk and symphoms
The first of all sorry for my english.
I had sex with prostitute one month ago. at first time the contact was protected.i started penetrate in her vagin by my forefinger (10 sec). after it i touched her brest by this hand (where was finger which was in her vagin). and approximately after 1-2 min i took her brest in my mouth. i felt the taste of vagin secretions.she withdrewed the condom and i take my penis and started masturbate (because penis was weak). the forefinger touched the mucous of my penis. those forefinger was still in her secretions and it shone. i musturbated 5 minutes.the balanus was a dry. i spat on the forefinger and smeared it.and started masturbate again. after 10 min i washed it by soap. And damn.after some time i realized that it was almost equivalent to unprotected sex...
after 2 days my throat started tickle (pharyngitis).on the 3th day my tongue was in the white patches.the temperature was 36.8-37.2 C (during 2 weeks). i began to sweat at night sometimes... 2 weeks ago my submandibular lymph were increased.
i checked STI negative.
after that i made HIV 4th gen test ( 34 days after sex).it was negative too.
1. I have the question.when i asked doctor about my result, she told me: 'HIV antybody didn't detected' .But she didn't say about p24 AG. did she mean that AG p24 was not detected too?
2. Had i big risk in my situation?

transmission happens INSIDE the body...when an unprotected penis is inside a vagina / anus.

i just worry about the case when my finger in her vagin secretions thouched my balanus.also i had some vagin secretions in my saliva which was smeared on balanus leter. i know that HIV lives 5-10 min outside body,but this cases happened after 5-6 min when my finger was in her vagin.and my finger was wet...HIV more hardy in liquids.
and these strange symptoms after sex.... i think i had some risk..

Nothing you done put you at risk of contracting HIV.
HIV is unable to reproduce outside its living host (unlike many bacteria or fungi, which may do so under suitable conditions), except under laboratory conditions; therefore, it does not spread or maintain infectiousness outside its host.
