Dear sir,
i hade sex with a hooker last day , in last time when i m going to finish the condom is broke , and i descharge in her.its in 5 or 10 seconds. then i go to wash room and wash my self with soap and water. next day i do test of ELISA . it show .10 . the doctor say you are safe. so please tell me what i do . is i need another test . or i wait .

Your protection failed so you were at risk of HIV. This is the only risk associated with condoms that though they provide 100% protection against HIV and other STD's until they remain intact. Once they fail, sex turns to be unprotected. Therefore correct use is the key for safe sex.
You got your test done the very next day (am I right in reading your post correctly?), which is too early to get a reliable result. You need to wait for 3 months to get a conclusive result.
