very worried!

some days ago my have mistakenly hit a lady's lip and her lip was bringing out blood,when i checked my finger and  i noticed that i had a little teeth cut on it from her,not long i went to tell her that i also had a cut on my finger ,then she touched the exact place i had the cut and i don't know whether she had blood from her lip on her hand that  she used in touching me and also i don't know her HIV status,the next day when i woke up,my lower hand was scratching me,now i feel like vomiting.Please help me,am i at risk?am going insane and i told my mom about it and she said nothing is wrong with me.HELP!
