hiv risk

I am a male who had receptive, unprotected anal sex with another male whose hiv status was unknown. I tested negative after 6 weeks, but came down with bronchitis/sinus infection (bacterial since antibiotics cleared it) about 1 month after exposure and I still have residual sinus/ chest congestion problems 5 months later. I also had a small skin rash that appeared 2 months after exposure and lasted for 6 weeks but cleared after treatment with prescription cortisone. I have allergies and had a history of bronchitis as a teenager, but these allergies have been especially rougher than usual. Should I be concerned?
