Had an unprotected sex, after tested hiv both of us result neg.
I think he might be taking tablets for hidding the virus.

Is there any pills or pep that can make undetectable in hiv kit, if it rwcently infected.

it is just tested here on 85 days after unprotedtesex with one fainted positive with 20 min test and that day with 20 Min tested neg.

If your in a relationship and your partner has tested negative 3 months post exposure for last unprotected sex and doesn't share needles for drugs, then her negative result the 1st time was conclusive.
A faint positive is still a positive but...
ELISA testing alone cannot be used to diagnose HIV, even if the test suggests a high probability that antibody to HIV-1 is present. In the United States, such ELISA results are not reported as "positive" unless confirmed by a Western Blot.
It would be best to have a positive result confirmed either a false positive or a true positve with a Western Blot...

today i have taken a lady to test she was tested faint positive and i was halfly finished, so i immediately taken here to another local clinic here she tested 20 min test neg.

no because if a person is positive then they will produce antibody that will be detected on that tridot test...
pep may stop the virus from multiplying if taken with 72 hours after an exposure, but if it doesn't work, then they will eventually test positive
there are no pill that stop antibody from forming
a person with HIV can take medication that makes their viral load undetectable, but it doesn't mean they are negative and if they test it would still be positve
