Don't rely on symptoms. I had all of the symptoms. There is not one I can think I can think about that I did not have. But I turned out negative.

from the immense amount of reading i have done on the web, diarrhea is one of the symptoms but i have also read that the hiv symptoms do not occur in singles, so u'd have a lot of other symptoms also together, but i 'd let one of the doctors confirm it for you.
