hiv test at six weeks

i have a rash on my inner upper thigh near the gentiles its very itchy and causes a smell and is always producing sweat like fluid and i have red almost exactly like pimples on my chest that dont itch also pain in my armpits which could be swollen lymph nodes so i got a blood test for hiv1and2 after six weeks of encounter and the results came back negative. my questions are if those where ars symptoms at six weeks would i have tested positive? is a negative result at six weeks reliable?

i understood that oral is not a risk but i also had multiple sex encounters with three different prostitutes in three days i thought the unprotected oral sex was a risk because there was blood involved but i also had sex so thats why im still worried and need answers to my questions
