hiv test

my last risky encounter was in the mid Feb. i have been underlots of stress ever since even though it was protected. 20weeks post expousure i could'nt stand it and went to my doctor and told him about it. he told me that i should'nt worry becuase i was protected but i insisted on having and hiv test and i got a no reactive  result. when i asked him about hip c he told me to not worry about it becuase i was protected and that it is rarelky transmited sexually nd that i shouldn't think about it. my question is how true is that hip c is rarely treansmited sexually? and would hiv or hip c trigger an autoamunme disees in 20 weeks post expousre that would ulter my hiv test results ( my test was an ELISA in one on the biggest hospitals in the city i live in)? and what does no reactive mean when it comes to hiv testing?

HCV is rarely transmitted sexually and you cannot contract HCV or HIV by protected sex. Not reactive = negative.
