Help Would be amazing...

First off sorry to those who read this question and get tired of seeing the same thing over and over :)

2nd i have done my research looking at the risk and reading facts.

About four months ago I gave my boyfried oral unprotected * dumb on my part* i know and and I just now am starting to freak out about it...in the 4 months i was not ill or had fever or anything but now Im worried im not sick now just itchy skin.

I just want to know do u think i should get tested?? How risky was what I did??

Thank you soo much for the help..and sorry if i waisted your time :)
