hiv

Hi. First of all sorry for my English as is not my first language.
In September 2013 I had a sexual contact with a man. In March this year I've been tested for HIV and the result was negative. Four weeks ago I gave sex oral to the same man. This morning I noticed some fluid blisters on my chest. Could be ARS symptoms ? Thanks.
