how does newly acquired hiv affect the physique?

I am on 9th week post a possible exposure(condom failure with a csw)......i have to wait till 12 weeks....as the fourth generation hiv tests are not available here............i had been good with my body throughout my life...good strength good endurance........but now i am feeling muscular pains on some work.......back pain due to office work.........i dont know if hiv has the capacity to degenerate the physique so quickly..........may be it can be due excessive laziness which i am showing after this whole exposure scenario..............i dont know ....i have to wait for 3-4 weeks .........just i need some assurance for some moral uplift....that these things can happen
