iam very scared.plz somebody answer my question

I had a protected vaginal sex with a SW in london 20 days ago . i didn`t do any oral sex . iam very worried because after ejaculating and while taking the condom off i hold it from outside with my fingers and i had a paper cut on one of those fingers and this cut it was like 3 weeks old .1) is there any risk if vaginal fluid comes in contact with this cut?

Another thing i shaved my public area 2 or 3 hours before having sex and i had 2 cuts (very small cuts) one in the upper scortum and another one in the foreskin of my penis both of them bleeded very tiny dots of blood by the time of shaving and i think there was no bleeding by the time of having sex. iam very worried maybe her vaginal fluid comes in contact with the cut in my scortum as this part is not covered by the condom . the whole episode lasted like 5 minutes and i was on top of her . and iam worried also as i touched my penis with the same fingers that touched her vaginal fluid on the condom and maybe i touched the cut on the foreskin but i think by the time i touched my penis my fingers were dry.  after 20 days i feel that i have soar throat and my tonsils are swellen and sometimes i feel that my ears are blocked .Do i need to get tested for HIV?

You had protected sex. You didn't have a risk of contracting HIV and you do not need testing.

Please Teak answer me
After 2 weeks from exposure i had soar throat and i feel that my tonsils are swollen and large . Now in the third week i started to sneeze but not much and when i sneeze i feel that it comes out strongly from my throat and my nose somehow blocked .Before these symptoms appeared and after exposure i was riding my motorbike and it was very cold and my neck wasn`t covered propaly .
1)  Are these symptoms due to normal common cold or an early ARS symptoms?
2) Do i need to go get tested for HIV from the situation that i have provided before and you told me that i didn`t have a risk .Do these symptoms will change your mind?

I don`t know what to do iam very confused i can`t concentrate in anything please help me
