insaneagain

morning here!sorry for bothering you guys again.pls am already going insane with my phobia,yesterday  I was in school,I was sitting in the front sit while the other guy was at the back sitt,the guy at the back sit knew me so he called me so I turned back to him,then he slowly raised his hand for me to shake,when he was raising it I felt something entered my eye,probably from his hand,probably he had a injury,i shoke his hand still but immediately i  place my hand on a paper and I saw a small round dot of stain,this further aggravated my fear,I have not been able to sleep since yesterday, am going mad.pls am I at risk from this event?

You self describe your problem as a phobia. That means your fears wil not respond to rational analysis or facts -- that's the definition of a phobia.

These additional details make no differnece.You are not at risk. I would endorse the advice you had from Vance in the closing comment of your other thread:  seek professional counseling. And please don't keep posting the same question.
