Very confusing

Im an indian & had sex wid a sex worker 42 months bfor and i started feeling very ill after that.I have had 6 elisa reports as -ve done between 3mnths to 30mnths of exposure. But as i didnt feel well so i got my blood tested by rtpcr test from MGM mumbai(after 42 mnths) for m,n&o group and it has come reactive. They also did elisa & tridot which strangely came
-ve again.
Dctrs r also confused & they said that they have to do some more tests bfor giving the final result so i have to wait. Can any one can tell me which test result should i believe,
