PEP, PCR and stuff

Hi there,

11 weeks ago I had unprotected oral sex with a HIV+ woman.
'I received a PEP, but only for one week.
A few days later (week 1-2) I developed a rash and headaches.
A PCR Test was made 5 weeks after exposure, and two Antibody-+P24antigene Tests in Week 8 and 10 after exposure were made, came all back negative.
Is it possible that the PEP affected either the PCR or the Antibody-Tests?
If I had HIV, the count of viruses must have increased until week 5 (PCR), is that the case?
What are the chances for me to have HIV?

Sorry for the influent English. Thanks for your help.
