loose gums hiv infection

I have loose gums which bleeds only when used brush with hard bristles.. & in Nov 2013 I had deep kissing with a guy... whom I don't know had bleeding gums or not though he had a closed wound on his lips.. so is it possible that I can get infection from that person if he had HIV..I didnt had any of the symptoms of acute HIV infection... except for I had sore throat in December ( which was a cold month). I'm really scared pls help

Depends on where you go, an authentic recognized clinic will turn you away for non exposure.

You never had an exposure. HIV is not transmitted by kissing.
