MSM oral. Different question?

Hello all,
It's been a while since I have been on here. I am in bed of some advice or better yet knowledge.
Last night I met a guy very briefly. I masturbated him using my spit as lubricant. It kept drying out.
I then put a condom on him and masturbated him for a bit with the condom on. I then gave home 5 or so
of protected oral sex. We then stopped, removed the condom because he had to leave.

I have not thought about this before but could someone shed some light?

If I had Precum on my hand when I put the condom on it would have transmitted to the outside of the condom. When I masturbates him with the condom on once again I would have been putting whatever went on my hand from masturbating his bare penis on the outside of the condom. I obviously then inserted it in my mouth.

What are the risks?

And why?

Sorry I kind of see it as different. The other person was a transsexual. This was a gay male. Thanks though I read through the answer and there is no risk for oral sex then there is defiantly no risk for condom protected oral sex.
