maybe my last post due to big anxiety , please advise me

Hello from greece i am Andreas i am 28 years old male. in my profile information you could see i am a female but i don't know how to correct it. i am in deep anxiety and fears and i feel that you are the only person who could advise me properly. (sorry for my bad english). in 2006 i had a french deep kiss with a girl with tattoos and gingivitis and maybe i have some wounds to the inside of my lips  and there when my story begun. i believed in these years that i have hiv. i have seborrhea dermatitis in my head, but dermatologist said that is nothing with pathology reasons. He said that he suffered from this too. After that comes the white tongue, but after i drink water and eat something it becomes normal , but the base is still white. the dentist that watches me 3 times a years hasn't noticed something ever. at 2008 i went to the army for a year due to my local army services, (yes, here in greece we must go to army for a year) after bad circumstances i had a pneumonia and i was in army's clinic for 10 days, and after that i developed asthma. and i believe that the inhaler is the basic reason for the white spots at the base of the tongue. August 2009 i had gerd, the doctor said cause of anxiety and lot of coffees. after a short period of medication about 5 days i was back to normal again.

but google is my worst nightmare. i consider all of this almost everyday and today is my final symptom that drive me crazy. ppe!! i have this spots to my body, i have never concerned that these mean hiv symptom. i thought it was acne. i have always had these pimples. please could you give an answer, because here in greece there is no information available.
