Finally a conclusive test coming. worried

I had unprotected sex wit a guy back in January which only lasted about 5 min if that matters but he said he did not ejaculate inside of me. I did not know his status either. 4 days later i had alot of flu like symptoms including fatigue, loss of appetite, nausea, lost about 7 pounds in a week, and sore throat. So being so worried i when to the doctor 15 days after and i took a 4th gen. Test which came out negative. Still worried because i didn't go within the window period and still had a sore throat 2 months later i went to a different doctor. Unfortunately they gave me a 3rd gen test which also came out to negative as well but if im not mistaken  the window period for that test is 3 months (12 weeks ) and i took it only 7 weeks after.  My only concern is that both of the test weren't taken within the window period and im worried today because on Monday, i had started to get diarrhea with a fever of 101 and now on Wednesday the diarrhea still hasn't stopped with bowel movements every 15 to 30 minutes. Idk if this is related to HIV or i may have a stomach virus i went to the doctor today but i felt so rushed I really couldn't get much of my worries out. But they did take my blood and im worried sick again. Im just wondering within the time period of my prior test do i have a good chance of remaining hiv negative?  And do symptoms reoccur so late after exposure which in my case 7 months later?

A 7 week test very rarely ever goes on to change in the future.
