No risk for HIV.  Shaving before sex does not make for a risk even if you bled when you shaved and have some cuts.  HIV transmission takes place in the body and air inactivates the virus.  The only adult risks for HIV are unprotected vaginal or anal sex or sharing of IV drug needles. You don't need to test and you do not need to worry.

Thanks
Have done HIV test twice after the incident and i am HIV free, was only scared at first
You are the only one who thought you had a risk, so it is not necessary to update us every time you waste your time and test. Hopefully you move on from your HIV theories at some point, or see a therapist.

Only sex risk is unprotected penetrating vaginal or anal. It can't transmit through cuts, so only the urethra needs protection which a condom provides or else it would fall off.
Did you use a condom?

Yes I used a condom
I did shave myself that day and her blood was all over my shave part which is my testicles and the end of my penis but I use a condom. Am scared if my pulse was opened because of the newly shaved skin if the virus can easily penetrate through my pulse.
Reread the advice because you seem to be so anxious that you didn't understand it. Zero risk with condom=zero disease so time to move on.
Thanks very much
