sorry i need little help

I just read that hiv  can be transmitted orally, so     i had an oral encounter with a male and he didnt ejaculate in my mouth
but maybe some precum. i been having all symptoms in two months. thrush, lost weight, joint pains, headache, abdominal cramps, muslce spasms, gums changed, nails changed, purple under eyelids, and small pimple like things
i am  really scared cause i think i got infected
i kissed with the person and dont know if blood or semen got in me.
