not sure if condom slipped off

Hello. Last week I had a meeting with a shemale sex worker where I was the insertive partner. It was no more than 1 minute anal sex and I didn't ejaculate.  But when I was removing the penis from his ***, he asked to leave the condom there (in his ***), which he himself would remove it. Then comes the blackout, I remember him removing the condom from his ***, but not from my penis. I really think I was with it, but I'm not sure. But I think his was also concerned because he asked to me don´t ejaculate inside him (even with the condom), used water based lubricant and also visually checked if the condom was OK. When I asked about HIV he said he didn't have the virus. PEP was denied by the doctor. If he has lied about HIV and condom slipped off, what are the chances I had been infected, for few seconds of unprotected insertive anal?

Sorry for bad english, I'm from Brazil.

That's a common scenario, while you're pulling your penis out the condom gets retained in your partner, this would mean that the condom did its job, to keep your mucous tissues separated.

That's why your doctor denied PEP for your case, if your had any risk at all, it was extremely low.

Correct condom usage includes removing your penis from your partner with the condom still on it.

Thanks for the answers. I didn't look close to the condom, it was in the hand of my partner , but he looked up and said it was ok . I looking even not so close, it seemed ok . The doctor said that if the condom had left my penis inside my partner rectum, that would be too obvious and we would have seen. It was probably just a withdraw slip off. He said that if such cases transmit HIV we would have an exponential growth in cases of HIV.

Inclusive, the sexual act was calm, nothing rough. I hardly moved my penis.

Thanks again.

Whether or not the condom was removed from the shemale's rectum or your penis, it means that a condom was used. If you checked the condom in the end, and there was no rupture ((which itself is further evidence you were protected)), then you had no risk.
