oral sex exposure

Hello Doc .... I had a  an oral sex encounter with a CSW  and fingered her *****  this was on 19 th october and from 21st october I have  a itch  all over  the body . This is an unseen itch which is mainly on my forearms , legs and on belly side

This itch has not gone since then and my doctor has been suggesting to have  allegra and even suggested Permite 1% tube

Then I got an Ellisa for Hiv / Hbsag/ VDRL on 11th october and all results  came Negative .

I am worried as I can not pin point the reason of rash and REALLY need your help please .....

Can you advice if the test was done too early or they can be taken as conclusive .

Thanks
