painless lymph node

i dont know what to say. i m in very scared situation.
i dont know if i have exposure or not.
i have sex with prostitute in march 2009 with condoms. i dont know if it breaks or not. i cant remember much. after the encounter the csw just remove the condoms. after about a week i feel pain when urinating. i think its clamida. i go to the doctor she just dont talk much.she said infection. she gives me antibiotic and it gone in about 2 weeks. never had a test for it. then the doctor ask me to do hiv test. i was so scared at that time. but i did the hiv test by elisa in july 2009 and it came nonreactive. the doctor ask me to retest in 6 month mark. i never come to retest. but later about 2-3months i discover painless lymph node about 1cm in size in lower part of my left neck. then i found another 2 in lower part of my right neck. then on my right cheek. i am so scared. now is 2011. never been retest. i am so scared. i dont know about 3 month. i live in malaysia and i call the health clinic in malaysia they said 6month mark is conclusive. everything suggest hiv. This painless 1cm lymph node making me scared for almost 2 years now. i dont know what to do. i am so scared. i am really really scared. i dont know the test i have made in 2009 is reliable or not. i cant even breath properly now.

You never had a risk and your doctor doesn't know anything about testing if he told you to test at 6 months.

You had no HIV risk since you had protected sex. But if your Dr wants you to test get tested.

See a Dr, you had no HIV risk. You would know if the condom broke or not because it would not cover your penis.
