Needle w/ARS?

Hi, I had seen a counselor at a health bureau to get my final 3 month test which came back negative. While I was there she was having a talk with me about that I really need to let this go and have a normal life and to keep her updated on how I am doing. Well she asked for a hug, so I hugged her. 2 days later I noticed what looked like a needle puncture on top of my hand. Do you think I was stabbed/poked with a needle during this time? She has used an oral test of me. When I asked her later on, days later, she said they dont even have needles there and its my anxiety again.
Now 3.5 weeks later I had horrible stomach pains with watery diahrea for 2 days. Is this ARS?
