Need help to clear my anxiety

I'm 37 yrs old and a few days back in a  college reunion, I had sex with a commercial worker twice, once protected the next unprotected for 2 mins on realization that the condom want there I pulled off and ejaculated outside the vagina.Im now terribly stressed whether I have contracted any STD/HIV? When asked CSW  told me that she was clean but you never know. I have been sleeping with only one partner for more than 3 years. Advise on what should i do? I have no trouble with my body so far.

Dear all,

Thanks a ton for your guidance. I did take a test HIV1&2 MIEA (guess it is an equivalent to ELISA), it has come negative and my anxiety is finally over after 3 months.
Thanks to this site and all you people once again

regards
veer

Ciprofloxacin is merely a broad-spectrum antibiotic. I'm not to sure as to what you meant when you asked if it will suffice?.

Either way, Teak & aak001 have both told you that it will not. Don't worry, it'll be fine :)

what does CIFRAN has to do with it.....you had the exposure go get urself tested after 6-8 weeks, even i am planning to go under a test after some time. Relax probability is that u dint catch it using the mathematical odds. But just for surety i would advise you to check yourself with a test and put an end to your anxiety.

aak001 is correct in his assessment. You did put yourself at risk, and need to get tested.

You may want to test at 6 weeks first -- a negative at that point will be very re-assuring but not conclusive. 12 weeks is conclusive.

Don't worry. I would recommend reading some of the answers that Dr.Handsfield or  Dr.Hook have posted in regards to situations similar to yours. Good Luck :)

If you had unprotected sex no matter how brief it was you must test. The risk of unproteced vaginal is 1/2000 the risk of unprotected anal is 1/100. If i was in your place I would practice proteced sex with my partner till i get my conclusive 3 months results. I wish you the best of luck :)
