Condom slippage during withdrawal

Hello Guys,

On october 10, 2013. I went to a CSW and we had protected sex. Upon ejaculation, I was withdrawing my penis only to feel the condom rolling up at the same time. The CSW was sleeping on her stomach and I was on top of her, thus when I was withdrawing and felt the condom rolling up, I pulled out quickly only to find the condom hanging on the tip of my penis and it directly fell on me afterthat. Semen was inside the condom but I am not sure if the openning of the urethra of my penis touched any vaginal walls or was in contact with any vaginal fluids. I am worrying that when the condom started rolling up on withdrawal it didn't cover my urethra opening. Therefore, I'm worried about a possible HIV exposure. (One thing I am sure about is that the condom came out with me and didn't stay in her vagina and my semen was inside it, however, it was not on my penis either as it directly fell off upon withdrawal).

Today I am suffering from a burning sensation in my penis while urinating and I'm afraid I have contacted STD's from the above exposure.

Q) Do I need to test for HIV for the above scenario (If not, can you please explain why ?)

Guys your input is really appreciated as I'm suffering from huge anxiety right now.

Dear Teak,

Sorry to bother you again, I assure you this will be my final question.

The fact that the condom came off my penis outside the vagina means that there was no risk, however doesn't this mean that the head of the penis might have not been fully covered inside her, as the condom might have been covering 1/4 of the penis inside and on withdrawal it fell from my penis outside or is this impossible

I mean that if my penis head was exposed then the condom should have stayed inside her and should not have came off my penis outside her right ?
