please help me,i have guilty

really worry about this,i have a problem in my mouth,started the day after sex，there just turgescence and sensitivity in the begin，after about 5day，there is some canker in my mouth，i saw some information about windows days，that is low lmmune,i am really worry about that，i can not sleep everynight，and i have some else symptom.like
weak, tire,and so on...  the most important thing is my mouth problem,till now ,that about 12day,did any friends have something symptom like my mouth?  

my circs is sex with a prostitute,but i have condom,then she take off the condom,and handjob to me,thats about 5-10min long,my problem is ,there are some vaginal fluid around my ****,i think she friction my **** by her hand and with some vaginal fluid,thats dangerous,and now i have some canker in my mouth,i have more worry about my risk,anybody can help me?
