please help. what was I thinking?

Someone, please help. I have worried long enough.  Approximately, 13 months ago I met a csw, which was a terrible mistake.  We did not have vaginal or anal penetration, but she did jerk me off with her hands and used saliva as a lubricant.  At the time, I was just recovering from a herpes outbreak some may have had a few cuts on my penis. Immediately, after I had ejaculated, I showered and washed thoroughly.  I do not know her HIV status, and I am a nervous wreck. Since that evening, I have had some very peculiar symptoms that very much mimic HIV. The time line is below:

1) 4 weeks after, bad herpes outbreak, swollen groin area, fatigue, and white tongue / thrush that has persisted as well as ulcers / sores on tongue
2) 3 months after, productive cough; the cough is gone, but the mucous in the throat has persisted, some chest pain
3) 6 months after, rash (scaly and dry) in groin area and head of penis and armpits, and papules on arms, legs, abdomen, and head—the physician prescribed a fungal medication and an antibiotic and my skin did improve
4) 7-8 months after, very gassy, diarrhea, one external hemorrhoid with some blood, unexplained weight loss with loss of muscle mass and no appetite; sweating and easily over heated, have to squeeze my buttocks because the gas odor is always present

a. 4 Weeks after, antigen test positive, HIV negative
b. 4 months after, HIV negative
c. 6 months after, HIV negative
d. 9 months after, HIV negative
e. 12 months after, HIV negative

Hep A. B, C negative; no TB, no syphilis, no gonorrhea or Chlamydia. No strep

Since that encounter with the csw, I have not had any other HIV exposure.
I am fatigue, have lost weight and some muscle mass.  I have gas, mucous in throat, ulcers on tongue and a white tongue.

Please help me.

Do I need more HIV testing or are these symptoms clear enough that I got it?

3 months post exposure is conclusive. HIV is NOT your problem. Work with your doctor for your concerns.

Thank you for replying, but why do I continue to have these symptoms? How positive are you that I am HIV free? I am thinking about getting another test for peace of mind.
