possible exposure

I own a liquor store and a couple of weeks ago a customer who is a bum came in and bought a nip.  About 45 seconds later she brought the nip back in because she couldnt open it.  I noticed she had a nose bleed and the plastic bottle and label had small, semidried specs of blood on it.  I grabbed the very top of the bottle and did not see any blood and out it on the table. I went to get a paper towel and antibacterial hand sanitizer to clean the bottle.  I touched the cap of the bottle for about 10 seconds to clean it then realized it was a lost cause and threw it away,  Right after I disinfected my hands with the antibacterial hand sanitizer for a good 3 minutes until dry.  No visible cuts or blood on my hands but still a little nervous about the possible exposure to hiv?  Anyone have any suggestions or answers.  Thank you
