possible hiv exposure?

I saw a girl escort about 6 weeks ago. We had about 10 minutes french kiss with some tongue involvement. I used my tongue on her virginal and clitoris for about 2 minutes. She sucked my penis for about 1 minute without condom. Then we had protected virginal sex.
I wasn't concerned right after the incidence. After reading a lot of information on the web, I am starting to have concerns, suspecting I might have some symptoms, but I couldn't really remember much.
What are the chances that I could get infected by hiv with this single exposure? Is it a good idea to get hiv test? One concern I have is that if hiv test accuracy rate is less than the chance of getting hiv, it might not be worthwhile to get the test. The unknown is sometimes to hard to bear.

Had you had a risk and needed to test you would not receive a false positive from Home Access. They run a confirmative test on all positive tests.

Thanks, Teak! Is there any information about the hiv test accuracy, in particular test kit from Home Access? Does false positive ever happen?
