possible infection

4 months ago, i had protected sex while on holiday. Didnt know the girl, no possible way to get in touch. The day after i got sharp stabbing pains around my bladder, abdomen, lower back, pelic area, penis and testicles. Usually i get bladder pain when the bladder is full. So i went and had a swab and unrine test for chlamidia and gonohrrea 2 weeks after the pains started and all results came back negative. The pains continued so i went to doctor thinking it was a bladder or kidney infection. He perscribed me ciprofloxacin but that did not help, another urine test, no infection. And after worrying alot about it, im starting to get panic attacks and tingling in my hands and feet, is it likely that i have HIV? please help.

condom gives you 100 % protection
ARS symptoms do not appear so quickly

is it likely that i have HIV? NO

You should talk to your doctor more about your symptoms as they have nothing to do with HIV.

sorry to keep annoying you lot. But any more information would be appreciated, i dont understand much about swollen lymph nodes but i think i might have them, i have a red lump in my armpit, i thought it was a spot so i squeezed it. Abit of blood came out and it went down slightly, but it feels like theres still a lump under the skin. Also a few weeks ago i had a bruise around my ankle, and now i have a little lump where the bruise was thats still there so i was wondering if thats a swollen lymph node or not? please help.

That is called a pimple! You had no risk, so your symptoms have NOTHING to do with HIV

But NO that does not sound like a lymph node - blood doesnt come out of them like you describe. If you keep having issues see your doctor about them.

so is it worth getting tested or am i just being paranoid? im due a scan soon to find out the problem of my pain around my genitals and abdomen. Should i ask for a blood test or just accept that i dont have HIV?
