Which test can I trust to be conclusive

I had a brief two minute or so encounter three weeks exactly ago. I took a standard 10 panel test 2 days after with a negative result. I also took an RNA at 10 days, which also came back negative. I now have a slight headache and some on and off chills with stuffy head and slightly sore throat. Do you think I should take a 4th gen p24 or another RNA at 4 weeks and can I trust the results. I have a wife and kids and want to keep them as safe as possible. My wife is starting to question why we aren't having sex. Can I get on with my life and not have to worry of infecting her after a negative duo test or a negative RNA at 4 weeks. Thanks

Just to be certain my already taken RNA test is a good indicator of no infection even at 10 days and a 4th gen duo test at 4 weeks is pretty conclusive that there is no infection if that shows up negative too, correct?

No expert will recommend u a RNA test unless you are tested positive.
You must take a duo test , and after 4 weeks the result will be 100% accurate.
And your RNA test result is a good indicator that you are most probably free from HIV.
