protected sex with 5 escorts @a week; unprotected attempt with 1

1. i have used condom while having sex  but not sure whether it got leaked or not? the condom didn't burst but it could be a little leak, then what are the chances for me to catch hiv? could it be passed ?

2.  i am really worried to get infected with hiv because i had a little penetration with on of the escorts around 22nd December or 23rd December without condom. i missed to let you know about this in the first occasion. basically it was not a proper penetration from my point of view because i was drunk hence my penis was not that hard and i tried to commit intercourse without protection when the escort insisted me to do that, it was lasted highest for 10 to 15 seconds and my penis did not go into her vagina this is what i can strongly remember. it did not reach the deep even the midway. i tried to insert but found her vagina was so dry and my penis was not that strong to intervene into her vagina. i did not feel any pre cum or fluid even, vaginal fluid not at all. mathematically saying, i guess my penis went a one-third to her vaginal depth and from my part, a one third of my penis got inserted into her's.is that possible that her pre cum could stand on the lip (outer part) and could infect me? however, i was fine these days but last night i found that i got low fever. no other symptoms so far. little cough but not dry; i am a chain smoker. no rash, no other sings. and the fever even not that high. i was in anxiety from last couple of weeks.

3.  i caught hsv1  which has been shown in my recent report. i know from whom i got the infection, one of the girls have cold sore on their mouth hence transmitted hsv1 to me. i have taken a 5 days aciclovir course and my herpes are healing, though i did not receive any itching, no painful blisters at all but little burning sensation while urinating. i did not receive any symptom for flu or fever as well. i started taking medication on 4th jan till 8th jan but from last night 11th jan i got little symptoms for fever. i sweated. is it possible that it could bring fever on the healing process? after even finishing the course? i do not have new blisters at all. could it be possible at this stage to receive such thing?

4.i found that pre cum can carry hiv if some1 got.. how likely is to be affected in my scenario?

5. i called the escort agency (newcastle,uk) including the particular girl then all of replied that she is clean and got bit offended when i asked her so, she replied she got a partner and child. how can trust her?

6. could you pls tell me what is the ratio among uk escorts to have hiv in them, the girls i have been with were not that expensive but they charged £120 pounds for per hour. the company is reputed so far i found.

7. two of the escorts gave me oral without protection, what are the chances to be infected by this? i know they have to have cut or cold core into their mouth.. but how could i be sure with that?

8. i have given oral to one of the girls as well and without protection but did not feel any pre cum or vaginal fluid or blood coming or cuts or sores in the genital area? what are the chance in this aspect?does the pre cum stand on the outer lips of the vagina?

I AM SO WORRIED, HELP ME OUT, DO I HAVE CHANCE TO CATCH HIV?

If you penetrated her vaginal canal then you had a risk and you should test. If you didn't then you don't need to test.

We cannot keep repeating the same info over and over...

Teak listed the ONLY ways HIV can be transmitted.  You will see varying opinions on oral sex, some (including us) say it's no risk, others may say it's a very low to theoretical risk.

In order for oral sex to be a real risk, there would be newly reported infections all the time, as you can imagine how often oral sex takes place in the world, and there simply isn't.  There aren't even any trackable statistics.

The ONLY worry you would have is if you put your bare penis INSIDE her vagina or anus...that's the ONLY way you could have been at risk...NOTHING else is relevant for HIV.

You could have a risk for other STDs, as HIV is the most difficult to transmit, others are much easier to get.  If you have any questions about NON -HIV STDs, then visit our STD forum.  We only discuss HIV here.

There is no debate (among experts) about the HIV risks associated with oral sex. The risk is so low that almost nobody who cares for HIV infected patients has ever had a patient believed to have been infected that way. Among experts, it's a semantic issue about using terms like "no risk" and "very low risk". There is no difference between my or Dr. Hook's use of "low risk" and other experts' "no risk".
DR. HANSFIELD

"And oral sex is basically safe sex -- completely safe with respect to HIV and although not zero risk for other STDs, the chance of infection is far lower than for unprotected vaginal or anal sex. Please educate yourself about the real risks. If you stick with oral sex and condom-protected vaginal or anal sex, you have no HIV worries and very little worry about other STDs. " DR HANSFIELD

"I am sure you can find lots of people who believe that HIV is transmitted by oral sex, but you will not find scientific data to support this unrealistic concern..." DR HOOK

"HIV is not spread by touching, masturbation, oral sex or condom protected sex."- DR. HOOK

in the public HIV Prevention forum of MedHelp, TEAK and the other moderators maintain that oral sex in all forms is a zero risk activity. Would you agree with this assessment?
I TOTALLY AGREE / DR GARCIA
"HIV is not spread by masturbation, through oral sex, through kissing or other casual contact." Dr. Hook
"The observation on thousands and thousands of observations is that HIV is not spread by oral sex (of any sort)." DR HOOK
"I would not say your risk ,if he had HIV is "slim to none"- that's too high.  I would say they are effectively zero.  How much of his ejaculate or other genital  secretions you may have swallowed makes no difference.  EWH "
"As far as HIV is concerned, there is no known risk of getting HIV from performing oral sex on an infected partner, even if that person's genital secretions get into your eyes or if you swallow." Dr.Hook
HIV is not spread by oral sex, giving or receiving, even if sores, gum disease or blood is present
DR HOOK
The fact is that there are no cases in which HIV has been proven to be transmitted by oral sex, including fellatio..  EWH

No, oral sex is not a risk even if there is ejaculation.

Look, hiring an escort isn't dangerous unless you stick your bare penis in her vagina or anus or share IV drug equipment with her. The prevalence (while it is very low) doesn't really matter unless you did any of these activities. Despite popular misconceptions in our culture, being with an escort in industrialized countries is not particularly dangerous. Find something more realistic to worry about.
