question about HIV method

First of all, sorry for my poor English. I have some question about HIV test. I asked my doctor about the method of HIV and aks her is it EIA? She said yes.  She spoke the whole name of the method. Pronunciation was like "en-ter-tise" blood test....Is that kind of EIA?  One more thing, do all the clinics have license to do HIV tests?

Hi, are you here? So you mean "en-ter-tise" blood test....Is that kind of EIA? Is it kind of the name of the producer? I did not hear very clearly, so that is why I confused about that.
