Unprotected Oral sex
I was in a stripclub on friday and when the stripper offered me a blow job, I could not refuse becuase I was drunk. she performed oral sex on me for atleat 10 mins and I came in her mouth.
I am freaked out now and thinking of going for PEP. I have reserached multiple threads and it is mentioned that oral sex is not risky.
In my case i did notice needle injuries on her arm after the act, I am not sure if she had bleeding gums as I did not think about it as much. Now that I am back from my vacation I am freaking out.Also I have an issue with yeast infection on my penis and i was applying ketosone till that morning when this happened.
Does this put me at an increased risk. I did clean up after the act when I came to my senses with warm water and soap in the stripclub, not sre if this would help.
Please advice if I should start PEP.

No Dr with any knowledge or experience is going to give you PEP from your or any exposure of oral sex.

And to clarify, it is this site's stance, based on studies and our own MedHelp experts (all of whom are world-renowned for their work in this field), that oral sex carries no risk for HIV.

The doctors on this forum and the body have mentioned that Oral sex is not Zero Risk.
I appreciate your responses and I know it comes from experience. I hope I will not become the first documented case of transmission through this route.
I have not had any other exposure, unless you count the exposure with my wife who I know is not HiV+.

There is no debate (among experts) about the HIV risks associated with oral sex. The risk is so low that almost nobody who cares for HIV infected patients has ever had a patient believed to have been infected that way. Among experts, it's a semantic issue about using terms like "no risk" and "very low risk". There is no difference between my or Dr. Hook's use of "low risk" and other experts' "no risk".
