some symptoms after contact with sex worker

I had oral sex with a sex worker with condom followed by full sex with condom and kissing. One week after contact I had groin pain a bit like trapped wind and aching muscles. For several days I have had diarrhea, aching muscles, headache and occasional groin pain, flushed hot skin feeling. This has now lasted 1 week from the first pains/aching and 2 weeks after contact (longer than I would expect say a stomach bug to last?) One thing that concerns me is could a re-used condom have been used (say the punter before), I didn't see the condom being opened and secondly could kissing have caused any STD with these symptoms. I removed the condom after and it didn't appear broken.

Anything else I need to add?
