White patches on tonsils at 3 weeks...

I have posted on here before and I apologize for posting again but I have a new question. I had unprotected sex with a random guy 4 weeks ago. 2 weeks after the possible exposure, I woke up with a small rash on my wrist. The Dr. wasn't too concerned and sent me home with some cream. The rash is still slight visible at week 4. The next day, I went back to the Dr. because I had a fungal rash on my butt. She wasn't concerned and said it is very normal and it cleared up in 3 days with cream. A couple of days after week 3 I have developed what feels like a sinus infection but with white patches on my tonsils and back of the throat. I have 3 swollen lymph nodes in my neck....for sure. I tested negative at 2.5 weeks but I know this is inconclusive. Should I be worried? I am getting tested again at week 6 but I'm scared to death. Does this throat thing sound like ARS or something I should be overly concerned about regarding HIV. I have not had a fever at all. Thank you in advance. You all do a very knowledgeable service here.

Ok, thank you. I will ask what type of test it is at my next test.

Do I have to specifically ask for a Duo test?

The DUO test like all other test is not conclusive until 3 months post exposure.

Thanks iraq984 and Teak. I don't know what type of test it was. They drew blood and I got my results 4 days later. That was at 18 days.  I know my stress/anxiety could not have been good for my immune system over this past month. I'm just worried like everyone else on here. I appreciate your opinions.

Symptoms or lack there of will never tell you anything about your status. You can obtain your conclusive negative test result 3 months post exposure.
