red pimpels on shoulders neck and back

Hi everybody,i m scared about my skin,i have red pimples on my shoulders some on neck and some of my back side.these are burning somtime.they are not growing bigger but spreading slowly slowly.i did unprotected sex with man 5weaks ago,after two week i checked for hiv and it was negative.I am scared now from these pimples,when i concerned to my GP then he said it's nothing to worry about.these are allergic reaction but i have never suffered with therse reaction.please help if somebody know about these pimples.

Since when are pimples equated with HIV anyway? I thought pimples = acne problem.

a two week test is not conclusive and you cannot claim yourself negative.  test again at 6-8 weeks for a good indicator and again at 3 months for a conclusive result.

i agree with alienshadow...symptoms do not diagnose hiv.

1) have you been reading on hiv?
2) symptoms mean nothing only testing gives you the truth
3) use protection next time and you wont be so stressed out
