risk assesment

hello guys

im a 20y/o west african male living in the us..never been sick and generally very healthy. In January,After i broke up with my gf, i had a rebound with another female.. unprotected for about 5mins max,,twice. Big mistake..\she told me she gets tested every 3months,last time november and she was -ve. Few days after the sex,,I felt a burn in my penis.. feared the worst, went to the hospital..got treated with antibiotics and i feel better. But im battling an anxiety problem..maybe i got HiV.. i have really no symptoms except body pain..chest pain, occasional headache from thinking too much i suppose.. and more recently, some kind of an oral thrush,, i feel pain in my armpits every now and then but there are no lumps.. so im thinking its the anxiety.. i read that the thrush could be from the antibiotics..
i mustered up the will to go get tested later in the day, and i will. Just need some kind of risk assesment from you all

A risk is a risk - From your exposure I can say it was low risk, But it only takes 1 time to become infected. Testing is the only true answer to your question.

Hope this helps
