risk of recieving oral sex

Can you contract HIV from recieving oral sex from a women? And can  having someone rimming you cause a risk of infection due to HIV? I am hearing mixed reviews that it is low risk and others said no risk could anybody help please?

Im so confused and sorry for posting another question. The sexual health clinic tell me its low risk and therefore i feel as though i should take this PEP, to lower it down to no risk. The other side of me doesnt want to take it because it makes me feel terrible and deep down i want to believe all of your advice. Im worried that if i stop taking it i will feel better for a few days and then think i wish i had kept going. Teak how long would i get these PEP sytoms for?
So many different opinions which are driving me mad and confused.
