risk to infect

Dear dr, a month ago, i do a operation for women health problem. Before the op, a nurse use a razor to remove my pubes to prevent infection during op. However, the nurse accidently scratch my stomach and left a little blood spot in somewhere. I just want to ask dr if I had any risk to infect hiv through the razor (if the patient use it before had infect HIV and had any wound that can left some blood on razor), thank u very much.
P/s: I am not sure the nurse clean the razor before use or replace a new one

It is means even  the nurse didn't clean the razor before use or replace a new one and if the patient before had infect HIV and left some blood on razor, I still have no risk to infect hiv
