scared for hcv&hiv
Please advice me
I'm a man. After 6 and a half month after fingering a prostitute when menstrating period with my bleeding finger( when i despach the condom 30 second-1 monute ago) i have blood test screening. Antibodies for hiv 1/2 was negative but antibodies for HCV was weakly reactive 1,63 (S/CO cutt off 1.00 meia method) and indeterminate riba3 with ns3 strip present. I repeat blood test at 8 month after incident hiv1/2 ws negative, hiv duo was negative, HIV PCR RNA quantitative (50ui/ml lower limit) was undetectable and HCV RNA was undetectable. I'm not sure that health care worker collect blood for both RNA in proper tube (with purple cap with EDTA) because was new on this work. I repeat elisa for hiv 1/2 after 10month and result was negative, and HCV antibodies was weakly reactive 1.14. I repeat riba3 for HCV in another clinic and the result was indeterminate with NS3 strip present. I repeat HIV RNA m2000 and the result was undetectable. At 12 month i repeat HIV 1/2 elisa and the result was negative and Antibodies for HCV was weakly reactive 1.5. At 13 month after incident i repeat PCR RNA for hcv lower limit45 ui/ml and the result was undetectable (method taqman). At 13 month i repeat antibodies for HIV1/2 method E.C.L.I.A and result was negative. I'm so scare because i read that HCV delay seroconversion for HIV. From month 12 to mont 14 after incident (right now), i have pharingites and sore throt, 10 days for diaoreea , and some swelling nodes am both armpit , groin and neck. Maybe i'm so scare. All 5-6 anfectionist doctors say that i don't have HCV and i don't have hiv and i'm a lucky man, but don't say me that i have acute phase for HCV and i escape myself from the virus.
Please advice me because i'm so scare about hiv infection. All my doctor say don't repeat any test in a future. Please advice me.
